Information you choose to share

When you submit the inquiry form, your contact information and location details are processed by FormSubmit and forwarded to info@vallinvending.com. Vallin Vending uses this information to respond to your request and discuss service. FormSubmit retains submissions for up to 30 days. For details, see FormSubmit’s privacy policy. If you call or email us directly, we use the information you share to help with your inquiry.

Product request survey

When you submit the product request survey, we save the company and location details, requested items, any optional contact information, notes, and uploaded images. Vallin Vending uses this information to review product requests and manage vending selections. Uploaded images and requests are available only to the authorized business account. Basic request information is also used to limit abusive submissions. To ask about or request removal of a submission, email info@vallinvending.com.

Machine issue reports and email alerts

We save issue reports, location details, contact information, and optional photos privately. Product requests and issue reports also create an email alert through FormSubmit, which receives the submission’s text and a link to our private dashboard. Uploaded images stay in private website storage and are not attached to these email alerts. FormSubmit retains submissions for up to 30 days. Vallin Vending uses this information to review requests, provide support, and follow up as needed. Email delivery status is recorded so failed alerts can be retried. Website operation

This website does not include advertising trackers or analytics scripts. The hosting provider may process technical information such as IP addresses and request logs to operate and protect the website.
